From the moment the crew started to mobilize at our pre-party I knew we were in good hands. I felt like John Travolta or Samuel L Jackson in Pulp Fiction when they knew “the Wolf” had them covered. Everything was going to be all right. The servers, bartending, and all of the beautifully prepared food was terrific though it was really the foreshadowing of what was to materialize last Wednesday evening.
The big party was an epic success and the college raised more funds for scholarship than any event in its history. Equally important was that everyone had fun and came away thinking it was just a great party. Our hope was to have a fun party that celebrated scholarship and was more of a thank you for the support rather than the other way around. From the moment I arrived I could see that everything was set for a successful event. Tons of attentive staff, the right number of bars stations to avoid lines, a great flurry behind the scenes, and Sergio with an eye on every detail. As folks arrived the passed hors d’oeuvres never slowed and all were delicious. The dinner and desert matched the character of the event perfectly and were delicious. Everything was absolutely beautiful and McCall’s made quite an impression on the guests. Your team surely does an amazing job. The tables, chairs, linens, tablecloths, where absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. Most of all the service was over the top!. I want to especially thank Zack and Luis for going the extra mile to make sure that everyone’s needs were met. Both of these men went beyond the call of duty to make sure that my Mother and the guests were taken care of!. They both shine and you should be very proud of them. Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the John Muir Foundation brunch at their outpatient center in Pleasant Hill. The space was transformed and the food and beverage service were excellent. I pride myself on my quiche, and I have to say I will have to take a back seat as the quiche served yesterday was the best I have ever tasted.
Your staff, too, were gracious and welcoming and competent.
I looked at your website today and was so impressed with the longevity of your staff. In my career, we always took such pride in the many years of experience our team brought to any project. You must run a special business to hold on to your wonderful people.
